Hip pain can occur from a variety of different reasons. You can feel pain in your hip that can be originating in your lower back. You can have pain in your hip from weak muscles that surround your hip joint. Weak muscles around any joint can cause a muscle imbalance which can lead to poor mechanics when you are walking or standing. When this happens, you may start to feel pain. Below are 3 exercises that may help with improving the strength of the muscles around the hip joint.
